Danice Stores Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you will find a solution within our Return and Exchange policy. The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website, and does not pertain to any of our retail locations. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items bought from Danice retail stores at this time.
Currently we do not accept items for Exchange or Store Credit, you may only return the items and place a new order. Items purchased online may not be returned to any local store, the Return has to be shipped back to us.
Non-refundable Items: All Sales, Accessories and Jewelry, Lingerie, Costumes, Bathing Suits and Sleepwear are considered Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
For all other items, to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed, with original tag attached, and must be accompanied with a copy of your order within 30 days from the shipped date. Items returned after 30 days from shipping date will result in a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow 3-5 business days from when your return is received and processed for your refund to be credited to your account. You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure you return arrives to us safely. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
If item received is defective or different from items on your Original Invoice may not be refunded. Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.
All refused shipments will be charged a restocking fee of $6.95 for orders under $49.99 and $16.95 for orders $50 and up.
S&H is non-refundable.
Please, be careful when inputting your delivery address. All incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages may result in a delay of delivery time. Unclaimed/undeliverable packages returned back to us will result to cancelling the order and the $6.95 restocking fee will be charged for orders under $49.99 and $16.95 for orders $50 and up..
For Mail in Refunds:
Your package will include an order Invoice. Send your package with a copy of the Invoice, listing returned item, with the exact quantities and the reason for your return. Retain your original order invoice for your records.
You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure your return arrives to us safely. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
